The room was modern and comfortable

The location was very convenient. The hotel's position was particularly great. The nearby Chipotle Mexican Grill was a fantastic lunch option. The location in a wonderful area was good and absolutely perfect and there were a market and stores nearby. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to several restaurants and stores, and restaurants / shops. We visited Subway, based near the venue. New-fashioned room, we had king room, with a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a seating area.

The stay here during my business trip was really nice. I got a king room with working AC that came with bigger beds at no extra cost.

The room was not cleaned well before our stay and was not cleaned during our stay. Bed was hard and room was nor what was described when I spoke with the front desk staff.

The room was next to the lobby & elevator so it was noisy! We used the radio to help us muffle the noise.

The hotel is clean with quiet rooms and excellent staff. The location is good and absolutely perfect in Worthington. The proximity to a market and stores is convenient. The excellent restaurant is a nice plus. They offer good service. High-speed internet access works in all rooms. I would stay here again; loved a very nice stay.

Staff was very accomidating

Had to pay $7 for the morning coffee, for 3 of us, bed was a little too old,

convenient and courteous staff.

Extremely over priced bar with very limited hours of operation.

I got a clean room with a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a seating area. A lot of food for breakfast that was decent. The service provided was GREAT. The location was favorable, near restaurants and shops in the Columbus area.

Comfort of bed

The bathroom floor was dirty and one of the beds had wrinkled bedding that looked as though it had not been changed. I was on the first floor and did not know that there was a sliding glass door to the outside. When I discovered there was a door, I found out it was unlocked. I had left my belongings in the room for several hours while away before I discovered the unlocked door. Fortunately, none of my belongings were missing.

Convenient location

Pillows were not up to Marriott standard. How easy it is to offer good pillows.

The room here was really modern and the beds were super comfy. The bathroom was pretty clean too. Everything was great overall, but some of the staff members weren't too friendly. 😕

The hotel was very nice we had a room that had a sliding door right of the courtyard. The courtyard has a fire pit. The pool area was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful.breakfast was included in our room rate, and it was wonderful.

No hotub, all rooms are non smoking. Pool was cold even though it was inside.

Very clean and comfortable

Really wanted to swim but the pool was too small for the size hotel. A group of kids were taking up all the extra space.
